Paula Lozano Parisi brings over two decades of litigation experience and a strong commitment to justice to her new role “Of Counsel” at Sessums Law Group, P.A. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator and seasoned trial attorney, Paula guides clients through complex disputes with professionalism, compassion, and precision.

Throughout her career, Paula has held leadership roles at prominent law firms, including as Shareholder and Trial Lawyer at Walters Levine Parisi & DeGrave in Sarasota and Partner at Cole, Scott & Kissane in Tampa. She has managed multi-million-dollar litigation portfolios and earned a reputation for strategic, results-driven advocacy.

In addition to her legal work, Paula is an accomplished author, faith-based speaker, and seminar presenter. She created Garrison the Garbage Truck, a children’s book series promoting spiritual growth and resilience, and frequently leads workshops focused on renewal and personal development.

Paula earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas. Licensed to practice law in Florida since 2002, she also previously held a Texas law license.

Recognized for her excellence and leadership, Paula has been featured in SRQ Magazine’s “Women on the Scene” issue and named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for five consecutive years.
